We’re Back in 2024!
The Downtown Roseville Partnership and the City of Roseville would like to invite you to the 63rd Annual Sylvia Besana Holiday Parade! Be part of Roseville’s longest running tradition! We are now accepting parade applications. Please carefully review General Rules and Guidelines as some information has changed. Please note that we will be following local and state health mandates on event day.

| Entries: | All entries are being judged. Equestrian Entries – $15 Commercial Business – $50 All other general entries – $15 |
